... To the Board of Public Works and Safety and the New Albany Police Department.
After attending two meetings in the last couple of weeks where I pleaded with both the board of works and the NAPD about the reckless speeding on East Elm Street, nothing was done to deter the speeding. Between the hours of 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. it is more like East Elm Speedway instead of East Elm St. To add insult to injury, they didn't even respond verbally to me except to say “thank you.” Perhaps they should remove the word Safety from the title.
...To Mac Spainhour for his courage in bucking the two-party system and running as an independent. If I lived in Clark County, I would vote for him.
...To Luther Yount for your recent article, “The Great Flu Shot Conspiracy.” You presented a much-needed look at some vital information that’s usually missing from public discussion about flu shots. It can be surprising what we learn when citizens research an issue rather than simply accept what the “authorities” tell us is good for us. Thank you for shedding light on this important health issue.

CUMMINS: Join me in disobeying the government
If you have any notions about how we can overthrow the government, contact me, but do not use a cell or email. BigGov is tracking its citizen’s movements, maybe bowels. It’s getting so that about the only means of communicating privately, is to use the pony express or a carrier pigeon.
HOWEY: Drs. Bucshon, Brown and the Obamacare era
Larry Bucshon is a heart surgeon, a Republican and a congressman. He has had employees who have reached lifetime insurance caps and ended up on Medicaid. He has seen thousands of poor Hoosiers on Medicaid denied access to health care. He paid about $40,000 a year in medical malpractice insurance, a figure that is much lower than in most states. And he is a vociferous critic of the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, and has consistently urged its repeal.
