SCOTTSBURG — A Scottsburg man was arrested Tuesday after he was identified by Scott County Division of Child Services for the abuse of a child and a woman.

Indiana State Police reported James Terry, North Gardner Street, has been preliminarily charged with battery and intimidation, both class D felonies, and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
