Anderson told the officer the powdery substance was heroin, and that she and Davey had been “ ... smoking weed and shooting up heroin in the bathroom,” according to the report.
Police spoke a second time with Davey, at which point he told the officer that Anderson and he had obtained the heroin from a friend in Louisville the previous night so they could get high an sell the rest of it.
According to the police report, Davey was preliminarily charged with dealing in cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug, both class A felonies; possession of hypodermic needles; neglect of a dependent; maintaining a common nuisance; and possession of paraphernalia, all class D felonies; and possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
Court records do not reflect Davey’s official charges or hearing dates.
Anderson has been charged in Clark County Circuit Court No. 2 with possession of a narcotic drug, a class B felony; possession of a syringe; neglect of a dependent; and maintaining a common nuisance, all class D felonies; and possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors.
