Bulldog Youth League to have sign-ups on Saturday

The Bulldog Youth Basketball League will hold in-person sign-ups from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at New Albany High School, just outside the main gymnasium.

The league, under the direction of New Albany High School boys’ basketball coach Jim Shannon, has divisions for boys currently in grades 1-6. The BDYL, now in its 16th year, is an opportunity for future Bulldogs to meet and interact with the New Albany coaching staff and players.

If parents cannot make Saturday’s in-person registration, they can email or call 812-542-8506 ext. 2534 to receive a registration packet.

League practices begin Oct. 29, with the first games set for Nov. 3.
