New Albany goes unbeaten at HoopsFest

CHARLESTOWN — On Thursday, teams from across Sounthern Indiana and Louisville got together for some summer basketball.

New Albany went 3-0 on the day. The Bulldogs beat Rock Creek 84-29, Male 76-59 and avenged their only loss of the summer so far with a 72-58 win over Doss.

Silver Creek went 2-1 wins over Rock Creek (61-57), Jennings County (81-68) and a close loss to Male, 86-77. Clarksville dropped a three games, 77-53 to Evansville Harrison and 86-70 to Ballard and 77-53 against Evansville-power Harrison. Rock Cree bounced back from losses to New Albany and Silver Creek with a 61-36 triumph over Seymour.

Jennings County went 1-2, Seymour was 1-2, including a 55-53 win over Corydon, which was 1-2 on the day with a victory over Moore.
