Silver Creek finishes fifth in state competition

The Silver Creek High School cheerleading team finished fifth in the varsity 3A division last Saturday at the IASP Indiana Cheer Championship State Competition at Southport High School in Indianapolis.

The Dragons earned a berth in the state finals on Oct. 27 by placing in the top nine of the varsity 3A division at the IASP Indiana Cheer Championship Regional Competition at Pendleton Heights High School.
