Cold as Ice

NEW ALBANY — Noah Deem, 13, New Albany, braved the ice-covered lake at Sam Peden Community Park in New Albany on Tuesday afternoon. "It's kind of scary," Deem said about being that far out on the ice for the first time. According to the National Weather Service, local temperatures will be warmer on Wednesday with a high near 35.
