Carnegie exhibit finds beauty in the mundane

NEW ALBANY — New Albany artist R. Michael Wimmer and local artist Albertus Gorman are displaying their work in "The Potential for Everything" exhibit at the Carnegie Center for Art and History. Wimmer pulls objects from his personal collection of oddities to create his work. Gorman only uses found objects from the Ohio river. Gorman stated, "All is exactly as the river has given it to me."
