Jeffersonville police officers help out with event that benefits kids

JEFFERSONVILLE — The Jeffersonville Police Department on Monday helped area children shop for clothing and toys during the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 100's annual Shopping With A Cop event at Meijer along Allison Lane in Jeffersonville. Each of the 19 children from Jeffersonville were allotted about $200-$250 for clothing, shoes, and a few toys. See related photo.
