BOYS' BASKETBALL: Jug Rox rally past Lions

ELNORA — Shoals outscored Rock Creek 32-23 in the second half to rally for a 44-41 victory in a consolation game of the Old National Bank Tournament at North Daviess on Friday.  

The Lions led 10-5 at the end of the first quarter and 18-12 at halftime before the Jug Rox rallied. 

Reece Sherrill scored a game-high 20 points for Shoals. 

Lettwan Darden tallied a team-best 13 points, while Michael Sulzer added nine for Creek (4-5).
